GE to support British Triathlon for London 2012

April 29 –British Triathlon today announced its partnership with GE, one of the worldwide sponsors of the London 2012 Olympics, who will be providing healthcare technology to support a 50-strong team that includes world champion Alistair Brownlee (pictured).

April 29 - Tyson Gay (pictured), who lost his world 100 metres title to Usain Bolt last summer, said today his mind is already set on bettering his rival’s world record this season as he looks forward to racing against him in the International Association of Athletics Federation’s new Diamond League.

April 26 - The London Marathon have officially complained to the independent television regulator Ofcom over a programme broadcast by Channel 4 earlier this month which claimed that the majority of the event's turnover is eaten up by salaries and undisclosed costs.
