The LPGA Foundation reaches girls and women of all ages and abilities through its various programmes," said Susan Pikitch.

She became the first Chief Financial Officer of the United States of America Golf Association (USGA) in 2015, where she provides strategic, operational and financial leadership critical to the continued evolution and development of the organisation. She currently serves as the USGA's Chief Financial Officer. 

In addition to her financial responsibilities, she oversees the USGA Museum & Library, the USGA Foundation, facilities, information technology and the GHIN platform and golfer app. Among other notable accomplishments, Pikitch led the turnaround and implementation of the new GHIN technology platform in 2020. 

Susan has decades of diverse experience as a senior financial and operational executive in a variety of industries, including public accounting, consulting, financial services, media, publishing, and data services. 

She has spent the majority of her career serving public, for-profit companies, most notably at Standard & Poor's/McGraw-Hill. Prior to joining the USGA, Susan was CFO for the Law and Business division of Wolters Kluwer, a leading global provider of solutions and expertise for legal, healthcare and business compliance professionals.

At Wolters Kluwer, Pikitch helped transform the company from a traditional print research organisation to a more digitally focused business. A native New Yorker, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics and accounting from Brooklyn College and an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business.
