Ireland also overcame South Africa 2-0, thanks to goals from Sarah Hawkshaw and Róisín Upton.

England are scheduled to play Argentina in the quarter-finals with Spain up against Australia.

South Africa are now set to play Chile while Ireland take on China in the next round of classification fixtures.
