Canadian star Mikaël Kingsbury recorded his 10th consecutive International Ski Federation Freestyle Skiing Moguls World Cup victory as he triumphed in the second competition of the event in Thaiwoo.

Kingsbury, the Olympic silver medallist in moguls at Sochi 2014, maintained his incredible start to the campaign with his second straight success in the Chinese resort.

The 25-year-old secured a narrow win with a score of 85.94 points.

Dmitry Reiherd of Kazakhstan took silver on 85.92, just missing out on ending Kingsbury's remarkable winning streak.

The bronze medal went to Australia's Matt Graham, second yesterday, as he scored 82.96 points.

Kingsbury has a commanding lead at the summit of the overall standings as he has 300 points.

Reiherd is second on 160, while Graham is 20 further adrift in third.

Yulia Galysheva of Kazakhstan sealed the women's honours with a total of 80.88 points.

Julia Kauf of the United States, who topped the podium in yesterday's event, was unable to follow Kingsbury's lead as she was forced to settle for silver today.

Kauf scored 80.08, while bronze was claimed by Andi Naude of Canada on 80.03.

The American remains the overall moguls leader on a total of 225 points, 45 in front of her Kazakh rival.

Naude occupies third place on 170 points.
