Germany finished shooting's European Championships 25/50 metres in Wrocław top of the medals table, adding a further victory in the 50m rifle three positions women's team event.

Jolyn Beer, Anna Janssen and Lisa Müller outscored Czech trio Lucie Brázdová, Veronika Blažíčková and Aneta Brabcová 16-12 in the final at the WKS Śląsk Wrocław shooting range to collect their country's seventh gold of the European Championships.

Jenny Stene, Mari Bårdseng Løvseth and Jeanette Hegg Duestad of Norway edged out Viktoriya Sukhorukova, Natallia Kalnysh and Daria Tykhova of Ukraine 17-15 to take bronze.

The men's equivalent title went to the Czech Republic, for whom Jiří Přívratský, Frantisek Smetana and Petr Nymburský beat Norway's Henrik Larsen, Simon Claussen and Jon-Hermann Hegg 16-12.

Swiss trio Jan Lochbihler, Christoph Dürr and Lukas Oliver Roth completed the podium, beating Poland's Patryk Sakowski, Oskar Miliwek and Damian Klimek 16-14 in the bronze-medal match.

The last event of the European Championships was the 25m rapid fire pistol men's team competition, in which individual Olympic champion Jean Quiquampoix, Clément Bessaguet and Laurent Cussigh helped France to defend their title.

They comfortably beat Poland's Oskar Miliwek, Patryk Sakowski and Damian Klimek 17-1.

Matěj Rampula, Martin Podhráský and Tomas Tehan of Czech Republic earned bronze, overcoming Ukraine's Pavlo Korostylov, Volodymyr Pasternak and Maksym Horodynets 17-13.

Germany led the way with seven gold medalss at the European Championships, followed by six for France and three apiece for Norway and the Czech Republic.
