Näslund’s list of accomplishments for her immaculate season consists of the Ski Cross Alps Tour, the ski cross discipline title and the overall World Cup title.

This adds to her 2017-2018 overall and ski cross title wins as well as her other ski cross victory in 2019-2020.

To achieve the feat she finished top in the quarter-final round against Canadians Hannah Schmidt and Zoe Chore, and Sweden's Alexandra Edebo.

In the semi-final, the Olympic champion finished top of her collection of skiers again.

Schmidt, who was second best to Näslund in the previous stage, repeated her ranking this time to progress to the final in Veysonnaz.

Fellow Canadian Brittany Phelan and France's Jade Grillet Aubert were eliminated.

Näslund completed her dominant season by beating Canada’s silver medallist Marielle Thompson, Switzerland’s bronze medallist Fanny Smith and Schmidt in the final.

The results mean Näslund finished first on 1,150 points, with Smith second on 641 points and Thompson third on 549 points.

Meanwhile in the men's competition, Ryan Regez of Switzerland won his first title, despite losing in the semi-finals to compatriot Jonas Lenherr and Sweden's David Mobärg.

His champion status was confirmed when French rivals Terence Tchiknavorian and Bastien Midol, who finished second and third in the standings with scores of 506 and 465, failed to progress past the quarter-finals.

The winner of the Veysonnaz World Cup leg was Mobärg, which solidified his fourth-place position in the standings.

Italy’s Simone Deromedis took silver and Canada’s Brady Leman secured bronze.
