The 12 grand winners from the 2020 and 2021 Karate 1-Premier League seasons have been confirmed following the last leg of the season in Moscow.

Winners were determined from the past two seasons as they have been heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2020, there were three tournaments in the Karate 1-Premier League, and five in 2021.

By comparison, there were seven competitions in 2019.

Spain's Sandra Sánchez claimed the women's kata title and her compatriot Damian Quintero took the men's equivalent title.

Serap Özçelik Arapoğlu of Turkey was named the women's under-50 kilograms category grand winner and her compatriots Merve Çoban and Meltem Hocaoğlu Akyol took the titles in the women's under-61kg and over-68kg respectively.

Ukraine's Anzhelika Terliuga is the grand winner in the women's under-55kg, and Egypt's Feryal Abdelaziz claimed the same title in the women's under-68kg.

Abdelaziz's team mate and compatriot Ali Elsawy is the grand winner in the men's under-67kg.

Italians Angelo Crescenzo and Luigi Busa claimed the men's under-60kg and under-75kg titles too, while Iranian karateka Zabiollah Poorshab won the men's under-84kg.

Finally, Georgia's Gogita Arkania was named grand winner in the men's over-84kg.
