The multi-sport event, which involves nine sports, is scheduled to run from August 11 to 21, and volunteering opportunities are on offer over periods of time ranging from a day, the 11-day duration of the event or for several weeks.

Applicants are invited to choose their favourite from 16 different areas of application.

These are production, sports and competition, medical services and anti-doping, culture and side events, transport, guest management, accreditation, media, accommodation, ticketing, TV and broadcast, spectator services, venue management, technology, event presentation and volunteer management.

Exclusive benefits for volunteers will include access to the competitions, being equipped with the official event clothing. food and drinks, a ticket for Munich and a volunteer certificate.

Those interested - who will need to be over 18 as of June 1 2022 and have German or English language skills - are invited to apply before August 31 2021.
